ANALYSIS OF CRITICAL PROCESSES AND ACTIVITY PLANNING
The analysis of a project starts with the rigorous identification of critical processes.
The project is split into stages and for each stage, processes and single activities are established. At this stage, thanks to the work of multidisciplinary groups, all activities and information needed to complete successfully the process are established.
Logic and time planning, and identification of subjects responsible for carrying out activities is the logic finalisation of this stage.
